This project was a raised, covered addition built onto the back of the home, designed to expand usable living and outdoor space while blending with the existing architecture. It features a covered upper-level porch or sunroom, supported by sturdy posts that create a dry, open patio space below. To the right, we built a new elevated deck with railing that extends the outdoor living area and provides easy access from the home. Overall, the addition adds functional square footage, improves outdoor enjoyment, and maintains a clean, cohesive look with the original house.
